I would actually argue it's the wrong way to do it I mean the premise of what I teach is that the more you grow so we don't hire people to build our businesses we hire people to buy back our time. It doesn't matter if you're an executive or the CEO of the company when you hire people to come into your team you should be looking at your calendar first to free up your time right? So activities that generate revenue if you're the CEO or you know create opportunities if you're you know in the revenue stream but to me that's what you want to do.
