The Russian rouble has soared in value, which means people will be able to buy less with thei money. It's been going on for some time, because you probably know the rubel collapsed after crimea and especially after m h 17. The exchange rate was 25 for a dollar and like 30 something for yours before 20 14. But now, of course, it's a completely different story. Liza: Where have they come from in the last 24 hours?
