This means that we can sleep in closer harmony with our chronotype, which is a genetically determined type of sleep. The last part of this is dreaming. We've been hearing very early on, that people were reporting dreaming more and also having covert dreams. And so i think what's pened with covit, remarkably, is that it's revenge of the night owls.
