The Challenge of Being Hands Off in Executive Leadership

I get a lot of my context and inspiration for stuff just from other episodes of this podcast. One of the hardest parts about moving into executive leadership is being hands off, especially when you've been an individual contributor before. And so i wanted to hear if you had any advice for being hands off and working through people rather than through your finger tips. It' You know, it's funny that you asked me that questionwe, we didn't set thi up ahead and i would prepared for it,. But i had this exact conversation with somebody just this morning about like, the challenge with that i'm, i think i'm a unique version of that.
