California's Gas Refinery Ban Could Rake Prices

California is pushing through a law that would ban the sale of all gasoline powered cars in just 12 years. The bill also requires oil companies to provide data on how much it costs them to run their refineries, and if they're profitable. CNN's John Sutter talks with Democratic state senator Nancy Skinner who supports the measure; Republican Brian Jones says he opposes it. 'The last big refinery built in the Golden State was in 1968,' she says.
