How Can We Create Depression in Our Athletes?
A lot of these practices are actually not at the benefit of an athlete and probably make them worse or less capable of performing said task in that type of environment. So it's really having a strong idea about what is going on and how can we simulate this? And then I think a final very important aspect is looking at how can we reflect afterwards. That's an very important part of the solution into how this pressure training can be more effective.
