Differentiating From the Team

Can people really be a differentiator? And I would say it's not really the, again, there are firms that are named after somebody. Clearly that person feels like that's a differentiator. There aren't so much that anymore. So, I don't view differentiated from the team side as the specific people. But again, Byron Trott, maybe I would think his investors think that he is a differentiating.
