Bringing Kindness to Yourself

In the mind, it feels true because no matter how sketchy that data was at that first moment, the images from your own past are already complete and ready to roll. So in our first short meditation, let's practice bringing kindness to ourselves. And then a short guided imagery where we're going to bring to mind some one who has been special to us. May be a loved one, some one who cares for us, or who cared for us,. Or maybe some one who made a special act of kindness to us. We may not have known them very well but an act of kindness, and we really appreciated that.
