licensed gun owners have a lot of pride in the licensing, like having gone through the licensing process. Community based programs that intervene with people who are at risk of joining a gang can be used to deescalate conflicts between criminal gangs. For example, programs that try to bar gang members from accessing being able to access restaurants and things like that so putting them on ban list for restaurants.
