How to Deal With Insecurities in the Industry
I'm proud to say that I don't have the most direct reports in the company where I work at the moment so this is good. That's not necessarily a measure of the scope and the degree of value that you can add but it can always get out of hand. Jeff Bezos has this great regret minimization framework where he asked the question of like if I don't make this decision now will I regret it when I'm 80. Robbie says professional success does equate to personal happiness and personal wellness so it's an important problem to solve both professionally as well as personally.
