Is There a Data Warehouse in the Modern Data Stack?

I think we are tricking ourselves into thinking that the data warehouse in the modern data stack can actually support uh the development of like quote unquote data products. We've become a little bit too obsessed with data modeling and it is developing richer interactive data applications including those that could be used by external users. I think even in moving again beyond these kind of executive dot forwards the i reporting use cases, there's still room for improvement.
