Are You Taking Too Much Vacation?
Employers are trying all different kinds of things to try to keep people from leaving their jobs. The hot thing lately that i remember we first talked about back in 20 19, where just a few employers were doing it, was unlimited vacation. But what's happened so often is people are afraid that if they take too much time off, they're going to stand out in a bad way. So be good to yourself, be fair to yourself, and make sure you're allowing your family and friends to chill with you.
