And I look back on that as probably the worst single piece of advice I've ever gotten. He offered him 145 and six months went by. Well, no, six months gone by. And I didn't find anyone nearly as good during that time period. So in order to save $25,000 over that time period or whatever it is, I've given up six months of productivity of one engineer.
