The Argument for the Right to Sex
Jason: I want to think about a couple of cases where we have third parties interfering with someone's alleged right to sex. One might be the overly protective father who says to his daughter over 18, you not have sex because you still live under my roof. The other one might be that an institution takes a policy, no one who has dials entitled to have sex and they will actively stop it. And the third might be someone who's been punished for a crime they committed so they're incarcerated. You have lost your right to have sex because of what you did. Whether you think that those violations are true violations or whether nothing wrong has occurred would depend on the case in question.
