The Most Important Thing in Our Business Is Customer Service

Customer service is the most important thing in our organization. We are also really heavy on our customer service. People don't spend enough money on support personnel. I love audible when i'm using it, but these days i'm back to reading on my kindle again and thenit's like 15 bucks a time. If you quit, they say, all your existing credits disappear. Either got to spend them on a book right now or just have them gone.
