This is very rare. Less than 1% of breast cancer. Risk factors include strong family history, client-filters disease and BRCA2 mutation. Methylene blue is contraindicated in pregnant patients. The radio tracer is okay with a modified isotope dosing. And then after delivery, they'll undergo radiation therapy.
