Right now arbitrage is in workforce, right? Labor. So if you are good at something, you could figure out how to add value and organize,. organize those teams, offshore teams and bring those skills into a market like US. And it could be anything. It could be designers or finance or, you know, pretty much any category could be augmented by offshore teams. The thing is it's very hard for many companies to embrace it or to use it or manage it and they don't even know where to start.
