The Politics of Personal Identity

I think that it would probably be pretty good if we could just end aging altogether and people could decide when they wanted to die. I'm kind of like myself when I was 10 but I'm not really the same person. It's just a question of degree. You can imagine someone who's a completely different person or maybe not even a person at all in five seconds. If humanity survives for another thousand years, I think we'll figure out a way to basically stop aging.
