Grounding and centuring is a phrase that refers to getting into a state of magical readiness. From being in this state, you can move forward to other magical work or te ritual come. How effective you are grounding and centre will be determined by your prior magical hygiene routine. You don't have to go through all those correspondences that so many people so much time on it the beginning. All you really, really, really need is your own body tools.
