The Home Secretary's Statement Under Section 19-1b of the Human Rights Act
The home secretary made a statement under something called Section 19-1B of the Human Rights Act. The briefing ahead of tomorrow's summit has focused entirely on arrangements for preventing people from crossing the channel and police operations.
