The Impact of COVID on Healthcare

The healthcare workforce is starting to have increasing stress and burnout rates. We're really looking at the concept of healthy aging, how can we help our workforce as well as our communities think differently about healthy aging. And I'm very fortunate to work with a lot of really innovative and really smart people who are really trying to pave the way for not just caring for you when you're sick and at your most vulnerable moment but also taking care of the entire person who has to spectrum and meeting patients where they are and what they need.
