How to Improve Your Listening

I've had students studying for an exam who need to improve their listening and they just sit hour after hour doing past exam listening tests. But why not just improve your listening by listening to something you enjoy? Like music, like podcasts, like TV and film, any English you can listen to is going to improve your listening over time as well as doing the listening tests. So I think that's interesting. And then, yeah, it's interesting because podcasts are cool because it really forces, they really force you to listen to listen quite simply.
