What Is Ultra Learning?

James clear wrote this after atomic habits was out, or at least in its process of coming out. And he absolutely loves a lot of the stuff in this book. It also has a lot of acolades from cal newport as well. So between those two, i can't say that this was a book that was on my radar. But because those two have such high remarks about this, kind of put it at another level for me before i even got into it. We want to tease out some of the key concepts that really stood out to us.
