When I got to Manchester United, it was weird because I wasn't a good professional. Who lets you know what is expected of a player in that environment? The players. Not the manager. What was great about Sralik Ferguson is he allowed the leaders in the change room to run that change room. You take a trophy a season minimum and you wouldn't accept people just tossing it off in training. And losing a game in training because you're messing about... Are you mad?
