Cervidio: It's an interesting challenge for all of us collectively but how we overcome that because you know the reality as you know very well in a university context is that the dean of the president cannot make this change and the faculty have to do it. "I'm struck by this point you made about the portfolio of products," he says, "that we're still accepting just sort of the elite in each of these programs" Cervidio ends his talk with some parting thoughts before heading off to new role at Oxford.
