"The learning is lifelong like we don't have any illusions that we've once, you know, taught the thing that the players have learned it so this takes on average, a lot longer time," he says. "Generally in our system the second year guys are better and the third year guys arebetter than the second year Guys if we look at it on a daily basis, we don't really have warmups and practice we use it as conceptual work."
