The Child of the Four Questions Is Used to Eating the Thanksgiving Offering
There's a point in the seder when it's customary to have the smallest child recite four specific questions to the leader of the seder. On all other nights we eat chamezah and matzah tonight. All of it is matzah. Maror, the bitter herb. Tonight we do not even dip once, tonight, twice. And fun fact, that last question was not actually one of the original four. In ancient times people always reclined when eating a formal meal. Today we don't eat roasted meal at the seder - which is why we don't say that question.
