The New Idea of Ratification
There's not much evidence in the notes about what that change was, but I do think that for the most part, Gouverneur Morris, Super Smart Guy. Most of the framers intended for the Constitution to emanate from the people,. And my evidence of that play is ratification, right? Ratification, we take ratification kind of, we sort of don't spend a lot of time thinking about ratification, but of course, ratification was a big deal.
