Measure Innovation Versus Creativity

How can you measure how innovative a team might be? It's like trying to measure creativity. If you want to take the temperature of how much innovation is happening in a team, you really have to look at what kinds of questions are they asking? You kind of know it when you see it. So I do, I would be open to, you know, measurements, honest metrics for innovation. And then oh my goodness, like it, it defeats the purpose or it kind ofIt sours the party.
