When i was a college coach, i had two separate practices for men and women. And that gave safer space for the boys to be boys and the girls to be girls. Women tend to thrive off a more erobic inclined work because o body comp and fatulization a capacity. When we do faster, harder, more muscle recruitment work, it deflates or takes a little bit more out of them. So always, always, always make sure eiter geting alittle bit more longr recovery period post that type of workout.
