Should Democrats Eliminate the Filibuster in Order to Pass Abortion Protections?

The senate has a 60 vote threshold for this kind of thing. You need to overcome a filibuster from republicans. And so it will not pass. The idea that we need to get rid of the filabuster forever before, kind of just before republicans take over the senate is a real mistake. Do you have any clever ideas how to make the right to abortion a tax or some kind of commerce?
