The Flight Engineer's Order to Leave the Flight
The plane veered off the runway into a ditch before coming to a stop at the end of the runway. The fire response team then covered the plane in foam and miraculously all 15 occupants exited the plane unharmed. A BIM TSP investigator was Ron Schleid, but he could not determine a probable cause in this accident. Can you guess why? Because the propeller was never recovered.
