The Importance of Agency in Critical Social Justice
dominant group members in critical social justice always have agency. The oppressed lose their agency because of dominance that's the false consciousness part but they can regain their agency by becoming critically conscious. This kind of works like a church you have your theologians and pastors who study this stuff all the time to get better at it. Most people don't have that level of purity of understanding theory or living theory because it's out of step with reality so most people have only taken up parts of this even the adherence rarely understand it fully.
