If your instinct is to answer with a strength in disguise, i work too hard. Acknowledging weaknesses can gain the respect of your team mates. The more you ach ve, the easier it gets for success to go to your head. Humility stops us from resting on our laurels. It prevents us from getting complaisant. Of course, there's a wrong way to express humility. It's called a humble brag. There's evidence that humble bragging causes people to like you less and see you as less competent. Your actually better off just plain bragging.
