The Importance of Optimism in Business

I think part of the answer to that is it is a little bit wired into me for whatever reason I am a very optimistic person. I can see many paths to things being successful that doesn't mean that they're all going to work but I have a very high belief in my ability and my team's ability to find one of those paths and to be successful at going down that path. The correct question to ask is if everything goes magically correct as planned what can this becomeYeah how much impact can it have and is that worth working on or investing in or being a part of to make happen? It's actually a more valuable question to answer than "why" you know over time I did
