Anti-Rational Memes in a Dynamic Society

A dynamic society can weather some degree of anti-rational memes. So long as these are corralled, fenced off into those smaller communities then the wider society can protect itself. North Korea has a law that says you're not allowed to criticize any kind of person or anything at all. This is an extreme example of what I would call 'anti-rational memes', which tend to be dangerous for their own holders.
