Some careers where to move from fluid to crystallized is really just, it requires a fundamental change of career. If you stay on that fluid intelligence curve, you're going to feel aggrieved for the rest of your life. People are better as crack employees earlier, better managers later. But each one of us can find our own crystallized intelligence and we don't have to be all about others.
