Xenophon's Argument for a New City

There are a lot of people these days talking about founding new cities. So it almost seems like everybody else is wanting them to found a city. People see that you're building something big and they want to be on the right side of it if they can. That sort of thing can develop its own momentum pretty quickly, which is a good boost. But even the rumor of founding a city, which is not true apparently, is enough in this case to bring people out of the woodwork.
