Osid Is Hard to Diagnose

O, c p d is difficult to treat because of the cognive rigidity and intelligence. It can be hard to diagnose o sedy that doesn't have any like, the externalizing rituals or things like that. The hardest ones to work with are the ones where you're not effective in helping them. And it's almost like an analogy i use a lot of times: You just have to kind of start pulling on certain strings to see where the knots are.
