How to Sandbox and Isolate Desktop Applications From Mac OS

Mac OS already has some very strong sandboxing and very strong protection in the first place. It also gives you a lot of tight permission management. For people with lower threat models, I actually say you're probably fine just installing the application. There's not like a huge inherent security issue here. With that said, if you want more protection, I actually really personally like the VM route which is called parallels.
