CNN's Kelly Wallace was diagnosed with a brain tumor during swim lessons. The doctor told her she needed an awake craniotomy to preserve her ability to speak and communications abilities. He suggested that she go to University of San Francisco for the procedure. She says it could have been worse in the sense if it was high grade, that's a lot worse than it was low grade.
