There are many cool ways that companies to day are using computational tools in food. We use computation to actually find the ingredients and understand how they can formulate them into a great product. At shir we've really cracked open a more of what nature has to offerbe s just like you can produce an egg protein, you can produce literally any other protein that nature has created. And so were able to produce very, very pure, very functional ingredients that are from plants or mushrooms or a micro g.
