Turtles in San Diego Bay come from Mexico. The turtles were there before the power plant, but they liked to hang out in the warm water effluent that the power plant pumped out. There's a lot of seagrass pastures down there. They're all migrating up from Mexico and hanging out in San DiegoBay until they're sexually mature then go back home.
