The conservatives are proposing to roll back canada's climate targets to 30 % a reduction by 20 30. They would only increase the industrial carbon price to a hundredand 70 dollars a ton if our trading partners do the same. So it's really contingent on others doing that. There's a number of differences. Like they propose a low carbon savings account through which a consumers would basically, instead of having revenue a carbon tax go into government coffers, which is then given back to taxpayers through other means and used to make systemic changes.
