i don't think we were really socialized to see relationships as learning opportunities. We're were supposed to just fall in love and everything's great. And disney sort of taught us that that's how it goes, andit i' so, you know, as you're talking, i just think about the capaciousness of us as human beings. I'm not actually happy. I do have anger. My childhood wasn't magic all the time. That we or this relationship isn't what i've wanted is a beautiful opportunity to continue to learn. Emotions are not good or bad. Emotions signal things that are important to us. And emotions actually help us to thrive as human
