Bridgewater CEO: It takes six months minimum for any person to fully be onboarded to a role. Ray Dalio in his book Principles states that new employees, it takes them 18 months to be completely adapted to the culture at Bridgewater. We're even talking about doing some type of masterclass, possibly for new hires, it's a year masterclass on autonomy.
