I think women, to dayar were actually quite open. I think it's just that many women probably are not comfortable being part of tat like being one woman in the room. So i tin has to come from men. Change is already there some tof the women are holding themselves back. Man, t ritdirena, sit, skanlt, each other, somewhere in between. And n ats like meeting, somewhere inbetween. You have to be comfortable with not feeling biased, and when you're fine. We need to make sure that we are making diversity comfortable. Hum you now we are.
