The Multiple Aspects of Mercurious

The multiple aspects of Mercurious may be summarized as follows, one Mercurious consists of all conceivable opposites. He is thus quite obviously a duality but is named a unity in spite of the fact that his innumerable inner contradictions can dramatically fly apart into equal number of disparate and apparently independent figures. And if you look at what alchemy is, it's the transformation of information through various states it's literally the same thing. Anybody has gone through like a really dark psychedelic experience I think knows exactly what that means because when the trickster shows up in a really dark way, it's absolutely terrifying.
