The Importance of Time Zero in Sepsis Management
Time zero is a critical part of sepsis management. You can't tell if you're on your hour one bundle if you don't know what time it is. So while patients are being worked up for sepsis, sometimes some of the elements of the bundle are already being done. Once we do this and you have a strong leader who's moving things along, that is really one of the key contributors to achieving this one hour bundle.
