The Dispute Over the Governor's Special Session

Bill Bennett: Why did they not have the votes? It's a great question Bill. I think this went back and forth so much during the session here that originally we saw in the house that they wanted a misdemeanor goes over to the Senate. The house said, nope, we're going to make this misdemeanor. That's where the acrimony really started here. So it just didn't add up with any of the votes. And we heard it from Governor Inslee on Sunday he said we didn't have the votes.
